SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES OF YOHARI HAIR EXTENSIONS.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Offer multiple shipping tiers :
- Standard / Economy (Domestic): 3–6 business days
- Expedited / 2‑Day / Overnight: as selected, 1–2 business days
- International / Worldwide: 7–14 business days (dependent on destination and customs)
Shipping Costs & Promotions
- Flat rate shipping calculated at checkout.
- Free standard shipping for orders over a threshold of 200 USD
- International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, import fees.
Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address (name, street, postal code, apartment, etc.).
- If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed, the customer may incur additional shipping charges.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable after the order ships.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
- A small cancellation/processing fee may apply if the order has entered fulfillment.
Tracking & Delays
- Customers may track via the link sent in the shipping confirmation.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, natural disasters, customs, or local postal disruptions.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- Return request within 14 days of delivery
- Only unopened, unused, unaltered hair with original packaging & tags
- Return shipping paid by customer
- Refunds (minus shipping & restocking) within 5 business days after inspection
- Defective or wrong items: notify within 48 hours, photo evidence, we will cover return shipping
- Custom / final sale items are non-returnable
- Exchanges allowed under same conditions; customer pays difference if upgrade.
If these conditions are not met, the return will be denied and the item may be shipped back to the customer at their cost.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (use a trackable method).
- Optionally, you can provide a return shipping label and deduct the cost from the refund.
- Shipping costs paid by the customer for the original order are non-refundable (unless your error).
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If the wrong item, damaged or defective item is received, the customer must notify you within 24–48 hoursof receipt, providing photos and order information.
- You may cover the return shipping cost in such cases and offer a full refund or replacement.
- Once the item is returned and inspected, process the refund or send replacement.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment (or store credit, if chosen) within 5-14 business daysafter receiving and approving the return.
- The refund amount may exclude return shipping.
- Banks / payment processors may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges (for a different color, length, or texture) may be allowed under the same eligibility conditions.
- If the exchanged item has a higher value, the customer pays the difference. If lower, you may issue partial refund or store credit.
- Process exchanges after receiving and approving the return.
Non‑Refundable / Non‑Returnable Items
- Opened, used, altered, washed, colored, trimmed, or styled extensions.
- Items with missing tags, loops, or packaging damage.
- Final sale or clearance promotions.
- Custom dyed or bespoke hair that is made specifically for the customer.
